Ir. Wisnu Broto, MS
Director, Indonesian Center for Agricultural Post Harvest Research and Development
Mr. Wisnu Broto got his Bachelor Degree in 1982 majoring industrial plants technology from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. In 1989, he got his Master Degree form Bogor Agriculture University majoring food science.
He was a researcher at Center for Horticulture Research (1991-1999), Head of Standarisation of Raw Material and Food Supplement, Deputy of Food Security and Dangerous Material Control, Agency for Drug and Food Control (2002-2005). Now, he held the office of the Indonesian Center for Agricultural Post-harvest Research and Development.
He has designed some prototypes for horticulture post harvest handling.
