Indonesian Agricultural Postharvest Research and Development (ICAPOSTRD) is responsible for research and development of agricultural postharvest technology. Its work covers identification and characterization of agricultural quality product; utilization of agricultural waste and developing new products; process technology consists of physical, chemical and biological aspects; systems for quality management and food safety; and components of system technology supporting agribusiness.
